30mm HW35 piston seal. made from best quality 3mm leather. Seals have been manufactured here in the UK.

Every seal is hand made & each fractionally different, as it is leather maybe a fraction tighter, possibly a fraction longer and may need to be trimmed slightly or edge feathered slightly to get that perfect fit.

The seals have already been soaked in Neatsfoot oil before forming to prevent the leather from splitting whilst being clamped.

Use the original threaded screw & nylon insert that you have taken out to re-fit the new seal, these screws and inserts are no longer available.

The new leather HW35 seals are going to be a tight fit until bedded in, ( if too tight you will se a significant reduction in FPS ) if they are too tight feather the outside edge with Emery cloth until a snug ( NOT LOOSE ) fit is achieved, never put a leather seal into the cylinder dry, always lube before fitting.

THESE SEALS HAVE BEEN MADE TO FIT THE OLDER HW35 THAT HAVE ORIGINALLY HAD LEATHER SEALS FITTED, THEY DO NOT FIT NEWER MODELS WITH NYLON PISTON SEALS.
